For custom and project lighting orders, we confirm key details before production and share practical updates before packing or shipment when needed. The goal is simple: fewer surprises, clearer communication, and safer delivery for overseas orders.

Before production, we check the order details, including size, finish, hanging height, canopy style, voltage, quantity, and project requirements.

Material Preparation
Metal parts, alabaster pieces, glass components, wires, bulbs, and accessories are prepared according to the confirmed order details.

Finishing & Assembly
Depending on the design, pieces may go through polishing, finishing, structure assembly, wiring, and detail adjustment before inspection.

Test Fitting & Checking
For selected orders, we can share photos or short videos of the finished fixture, key parts, accessories, or basic lighting test before packing.

Packing & Shipment
Fragile parts are packed with foam, cartons, or wooden crates depending on the product, then prepared for international transport.

What Clients Can See Before Shipment
This is not a fully automated process. For custom and project orders, we keep the communication practical and focus on the details that may affect installation, appearance, or delivery.
01 / Details Confirmed
Before production starts, we review the main order details with the client, such as size, finish, hanging height, canopy style, voltage, and quantity.
02 / Production Photos When Needed
For custom or project orders, photos may be shared during production when there are details to check, such as finish color, material, structure, or overall shape.
03 / Pre-Shipment Check
Before packing, we can provide photos or short videos of the finished fixture, key parts, accessories, and basic lighting test when applicable.
04 / Packing & Shipping Update
After checking, fragile parts are packed for long-distance transport. Packing photos and shipping updates can be shared once the order is ready to dispatch.
