Most of our lighting pieces are made to order or produced in small batches. This allows us to offer different sizes, finishes, and project-based customization. If the item is currently in stock, we will confirm the availability before arranging shipment.
How long does production take?
The usual production time is about 20–30 days, depending on the design, quantity, and finish. For customized sizes or special finishes, we will confirm the estimated timeline before production begins.
How long does shipping take?
For most large chandeliers and furniture pieces, we ship by DDP sea freight, which usually takes about 30–35 days after production is completed.
For small samples, wall lights, or smaller pendants, air shipping may be available depending on the order and destination.
What does DDP shipping mean?
DDP means Delivered Duty Paid. We handle the main shipping process, customs clearance, and import duties, so you do not need to arrange customs paperwork or pay unexpected import fees upon delivery.
Once your order is shipped, you can simply wait for the package to arrive.
Can this product be customized?
Yes. Many of our lighting pieces can be customized in size, finish, glass color, alabaster shape, suspension length, and canopy style.
For project orders, we can also help adjust the design based on ceiling height, room size, or installation requirements.
Is the product exactly the same as the photos?
Natural alabaster and handmade glass may have slight variations in color, texture, veining, and shape. Each piece is unique.
